HOW DO I PAY?
  • You may settle thru bank transfer (BPI/BDO [online transfer only]) or remittance center (LBC/Palawan Express)
  • You may send a Viber message for our BPI QR Code
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.
 
Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:
  • YOUR ORDER WAS SHIPPED DURING OUR SALES AND PROMOTIONS SEASON.
  • ON DAYS WE HAVE OVERWHELMING ORDERS
  • YOU ORDERED MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT.
  • YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED DURING LOCAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.
  • PHILIPPINE CUSTOMS DELAY (MOST OF OUR ITEMS ARE IMPORTED FROM DIFF COUNTRIES)
  • THERE WERE UNPREDICTABLE CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you can't find your Order Confirmation email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. Otherwise pls email us and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Payment must be fulfilled within 2 days after placing an order. Joy reserver will be posted.
