MODES OF PAYMENT
  • You may settle thru bank transfer (BPI) or remittance center (LBC/Palawan Express)
  • You may send a Viber message for our BPI QR Code.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.
Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:
  •  Your order was placed during our sales and promotions season.
  • We are receiving overwhelming volume of orders. 
  • You order more than one product. 
  • Your order was placed during LOCAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.
  • Philippine Customs and shipment delay. (Most of our items are from abroad.)
  • There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you can't find your automated Order Confirmation email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. Otherwise, kindly contact us and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Payment must be fulfilled within 2 business days after placing an order. Joy reservers will be posted.
