FAULTY /MISSING ITEM
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault or missing with your CARI jewelry. In the rare case, please contact us within 2 days upon receiving your package. If it is postmarked more than 2 days passed your delivery date, we cannot replace a faulty piece. Any item reported after the given time period will only be replaced at CARI’s discretion. Exchange is only allowed for unused items.
Picture proof must be provided. A majority of our items are handmade, although our items go through multiple quality checks, sometimes there can still be human errors. Once picture proof is provided we will examine the item whether or not it is minor human error. We hold the right to refuse a reshipment of an item, so if we do determine the damage is just minor human error we will process the reshipment and trust us that we will get back to within 7 business days upon confirmation. We will replace and dispatch (for the faulty and missing item) as soon as possible.

Our lifetime Free Repair Policy covers circumstances where your necklace or bracelet jump ring & lock breaks without force being applied to it. We will repair the piece free of charge. Please contact us and we will get you all fixed up! SHIPPING FEE will be covered by the customer.
While we love helping you keep your jewels in tip-top shape, just a reminder that our repair policy does not cover chain or pendant.
